Brian joined the Firm in 2007 after receiving his
Associates of Arts degree with emphasis in Accounting from Heald
College. He is skilled in the preparation of compiled financial
statements and various types of business tax returns. He is a Certified
QuickBooks Pro Advisor, with post graduate work in Restaurant Success
Series with special concentration on Profit-Building Programs, Food Cost
Fitness, Restaurant Numbers, and Building Menus Muscle. Brain also has
experience in retail and wholesale management, as well as inventory
management.
 Janine says, "...I love it when I am able to help a client become a better, more informed user of their accounting system."
Janine has more than 25 years experience in accounting
for small to medium size businesses. She is a Certified QuickBook Pro
Advisor who specializes in assisting small and medium size businesses in
setting-up and maintaining their internal QuickBook accounting systems.
She is highly skilled in the preparation of compiled financial
statements and all types of business tax returns. She is technically
skilled in the use of numerous accounting software programs, and is an
expert at troubleshooting client computer and software issues.
Len Farace says, “...I‛m passionate about helping clients develop and run more successful businesses.”
Len received his Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration from San Jose State University in California. After
graduation he built brick and mortar businesses
from scratch and found success. His proudest accomplishment was
building a retail computer business in the heart
of Silicon Valley, which at the time, became one of the fastest
growing computer business in the San Francisco
Bay Area. It won awards from the San Jose Mercury News, which
propelled him onto the “Business Advisory
Councils” for NEC, Toshiba, Texas Instruments, Epson, Packard
Bell and other computer and accessory companies.
In time, Len became a real estate Broker/Owner
of two very successful high tech real estate marketing franchises:
ReMax and Realty Executives.
Looking for more challenges, he ventured into
network marketing where he received recognition and awards from the
industry. In fact, he was recognized as the
national top recruiter for NuSkin Enterprises and was honored to serve
as a Founding Distributor and charter Field
Advisory Board member for Zrii. Len was recently featured in the
national
Success at Home magazine.
Len‛s experience, knowledge, skills and passion,
make him highly qualified to train and inspire business
owners to develop the skill sets and systems to
achieve the highest level of success in their respective businesses.
Bettina says, “...I enjoy helping new clients
become familiar with all the great financial services the Firm
provides.”
Bettina comes to the Firm with many great skills. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications
from San Jose State University in 1981. A proud “military brat”, she graduated from Seaside High
School and then traveled and worked in New York, Virginia, Florida, San Diego, and attended the
Academy of Art College in San Francisco before settling again in Monterey. She is devoted to her
family, friends and the Monterey Peninsula where she volunteers for numerous yearly events, and
where she is continually inspired by its people and beauty.
Tina says, “...what is most important to me, in any business, is that clients always come
first, and so I strive to assist them in the best way that I can to get their needs met.”
Tina joined our team in 2010, with many years of successful administration, customer service and
documentation experience. Since then, she has proven her expertise in all of these areas, as
well as in the organization of workflow, and related functions. She came to us with five years
of assisting the needs of medical patients and seven years of documentation background working
for a manufacturing company. Tina is a very sociable and enjoys greeting clients with kind words
and a smile.
Sangeeta says, "...my main career focus is providing our Firm's business and individual clients
with exceptional client service."
Sangeeta joined the Firm in 1990 and has twenty years experience in Public Accounting. She is
highly skilled in all phases of accounting from sole proprietorships to corporations, from compiled
to reviewed financial statement preparation, from individual to partnership to corporate income
tax return preparation. She is also an expert in accounts receivable management, and assists with
the Firm's Peer Review Program requirements. She has extensive knowledge in retail jewelry store
operations and management, as well as extensive computer knowledge in numerous accounting, billing,
and spreadsheet software programs.
Nisi
says, "...I'm here to assist everyone in the Firm to meet all our
clients' needs and to provide the highest quality services."
Nisi joined the Firm in 2006 assisting with the
preparation of complied financial statements, payroll, sales and related
business tax reporting.
Joe

Joe, who is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified
Valuation Analyst, and a Personal Financial Specialist with more than
thirty-six years of public accounting experience, founded Green
Jespersen CPA's in 1986. He brings many years of business consultative,
accounting, and tax experience across many types of business enterprises
from professional practices, healthcare, manufacturing, construction,
real estate, retail, food service, transportation, and broadcasting, as
well as not-for-profit organizations.
Joe's extensive small business consultation helps
clients create and run better businesses; he performs business
valuations for "buy/sell" arrangements, estates and trusts, and outright
sales to help clients attain their company's strategic value. He also
helps clients achieve their "end game" objectives through specialized
tax, personal, business, and estate planning techniques. He currently
serves as the Firm's estate and trust planning specialist and
concentrates in closely-held businesses.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from
San Jose State College. He has also taken post-graduate courses in
federal income taxation from Golden Gate University as well as annual
on-going continuing education courses in wide ranging areas relating to
accounting, auditing, taxes, estate planning, along with specialized
courses in not-for-profit organizations, information technology,
business valuation, business development, management advisory services,
and more.
Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public
Accountants, Member of the National Society of Public Accountants,
National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA), Member of the
Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), Member of AICPA Small Companies
Practice Section, Member AICPA Information Technology Division, Member
of AICPA Tax Division, Member of AICPA Management Advisory Division.
Committed to the community, since 1984, Joe serves on
the Board of the Monterey Jazz Festival as its Treasurer, he's a Past
President, and current Board Member; he served as Past Flotilla
Commander of United States Coast Guard Auxiliary; he served as Past
Chairman and Commissioner for Overall Economic Development Commission
(OEDC) of Monterey County; he served as Past Board Member for Pacific
Western Bank, and he is a Notary Public.
Bill
says, "...as accountants for our diverse and dynamic local area

and directly with clients to improve and develop their business by

Bill has over 26 years in public accounting with an
extensive background in construction and real estate accounting,
business valuation, personal financial planning, estate planning,
business and individual taxation, and business consulting. He also helps
clients achieve their "goal line" objectives through specialized tax,
personal and business planning techniques, and concentrates on
litigation support services for local attorneys.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Cal Poly, San
Luis Obispo and has taken extensive courses in federal income taxation
from Golden Gate University as well as annual continuing education
courses in a variety of subjects relating to construction accounting,
personal financial planning, taxation, business valuation, and
litigation support services.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), the Personal Financial Planning Section of
the AICPA, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and
the National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Committed to his community, Bill has served on the
Board of Directors of many local entities including youth and sports
organizations, hospitality companies and local education boards. Bill
currently serves as Treasurer and board member of a local
hotel/hospitality company and the Carmel High School Athletics
organization.
